Terms & Conditions
Scope and operator
These terms cover the MSC Sourcing main portal, B2B business marketplace and B2C retail website, operated under the Multi Solution Corporation (MSC) brand. Reviewed on 18 October 2026. Use the B2B marketplace for business enquiries and the B2C website for personal shopping.
Current service availability
The current PHP edition provides public pages, product information and browser-based shopping conveniences. Account creation and private text chat require completion of the installer. Payment collection and order submission remain disabled. Adding an item to a bag, preparing an enquiry or viewing an estimated total does not place an order or create a confirmed sale.
Products, profiles and verification
Check the relevant seller, specifications, quantities, availability and written commercial terms before making a purchase decision. Sample listings are labelled and are not offers of guaranteed stock. A verification badge describes the particular review completed; it is not a guarantee of product quality, factory audit, shipment, payment protection or seller performance.
Commercial agreements
When transactions become available, the buyer and relevant seller must confirm the product, currency, taxes, shipping, delivery, payment schedule, cancellation and return terms before commitment. B2B agreements may also require minimum quantities, samples, specifications, inspection scope, Incoterms and customs arrangements. Do not assume the platform provides escrow, trade insurance or a payment guarantee.
Acceptable use
Do not submit misleading business information, impersonate another company, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, access private records without permission or misuse enquiries for unsolicited spam. Publish only information and images that you are authorised to use.
Accounts and communications
The installed account and private text messaging services use authenticated sessions and scoped access controls. Keep credentials private and report suspected misuse. A form or interface labelled as unavailable should not be relied on as a delivered message, confirmed booking or accepted order.
Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the transaction-specific terms before paying. Any future dispute should identify the order, parties, agreed terms and supporting evidence. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights remain unaffected; these terms do not impose an unapproved court jurisdiction or remove statutory remedies.
