Privacy Policy
Installed account and analytics services
After the installer is completed, this edition stores account names, email addresses, password hashes, business/product submissions, private text conversations and administrative decisions in the platform database. Uploaded badge evidence is private to authorised administrators. Product images are optimized for public display. Product analytics record view, search-referral and inquiry-click counts with a monthly hashed browser-session identifier; raw IP addresses and search text are not stored in analytics records. Analytics events expire after 90 days. Browser Do Not Track is respected; you can also opt out by setting the site storage preference msc-analytics-opt-out to 1. Account, message and administrative-record retention is operator-managed; no automatic deletion period has been configured. B2B and B2C use separate accounts and databases. Payments, social login and inspection-app synchronization remain disabled.
Who this notice covers
MSC Sourcing is a marketplace brand of Multi Solution Corporation (MSC). This notice covers the main portal and its separate B2B and B2C websites. B2B is intended for business sourcing; B2C is intended for personal shopping. This notice describes the current PHP website edition, reviewed on 18 October 2026.
Information used by the current website
Public company profiles and product catalog information are displayed to visitors. Browser storage may keep shopping bag contents, saved products, comparisons, selected preferences and pending navigation actions. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Account registration and private text messaging become available after backend installation. Payment collection and order submission remain unavailable.
Forms and sensitive information
A form shown on screen does not mean that its submission service is active. Do not enter passwords, payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information into an unavailable service. Read any service-status notice before submitting information. When account, messaging or upload services are enabled, this notice must be updated to describe their actual handling of information.
Purposes and sharing
Current processing supports page delivery, browsing preferences, catalog discovery and website security. Infrastructure providers may handle technical request information to deliver these services. Public business listings are visible to visitors. Private account records are not transferred merely because a visitor follows a link between the B2B and B2C subdomains. Embedded third-party media, when used, can send technical information to the media provider when loaded.
Cookies, local storage and choices
You can clear saved shopping bags, favourites and preferences through your browser site-data settings. Storage is generally separate for each subdomain. Blocking storage can affect convenience features. This notice does not claim that marketing cookies, tracking or social sign-in are enabled; those integrations require separate configuration and updated disclosures.
Retention and requests
Browser information stays until cleared, replaced or expired by the relevant feature. Hosting log retention depends on the hosting service and its configured settings; a fixed retention period has not been configured in this package. You may request correction or removal of information about your business and raise privacy concerns using MSC’s published corporate contact details. Applicable rights and retention obligations depend on the relevant jurisdiction.
Updates and contact
For policy enquiries, use the contact details published at mscorp.org. This policy will be updated when live accounts, payments, messaging, analytics or other processing services are activated.
