Compare like with like
Read size, material, pack quantity and included accessories before comparing prices. Two similar photographs can represent different pack sizes or variants. Make a short list of the features you need and eliminate products that do not state them clearly.
Ask a focused question
Use the inquiry or chat option to ask about the exact model or variant. Mention the product name and the detail you need confirmed. Keep the answer in the conversation so it is easy to find when the order arrives.
Check the purchase conditions
Review delivery charges, availability and the returns policy that applies to the item. Avoid assuming that a promotional image includes every accessory shown. Save the confirmed description and order details for your own record.
